Moving with the military
Relocating across the country or buying a home while stationed overseas is significantly easier with a real estate agent who understands PCSing, VA Home Loans and virtual showings. As former military members ourselves, we are able to pinpoint the top qualities needed in a veteran friendly real estate agent for you to have a stress free home purchase or home sale.
Make the decision to buy or sell with a VA Loan specialist!
How it works
Using real-time market data, we find the most qualified VA loan real estate agents in the area in which you are buying or selling.
We conduct in-depth interviews with qualified candidates to confirm their fit for your specific real estate needs.
Finally, we send you our top real estate agent recommendation. WeVett will then provide ongoing support to both you and your agent.
It all starts with a conversation
The most important part of the vetting process is our team getting to know you.
Are you moving from out of state? Are you in the military or a veteran? What type of home are you looking to buy or sell? Is this your first time applying for a VA loan?
In order to find you the right VA loan real estate agent, we first need to discuss your goals for your real estate transaction. We usually do this in an initial 10 - 15 minute phone call.
[WeVett] found us the ideal realtor that not only showed us houses in our designated area and price range, but also one who went above and beyond with a great personality and communication skills. We were comfortable quickly purchasing a home from a different state and managed to do a door-to-door military move thanks to their vetted realtor. We definitely recommend WeVett, especially to the military community.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does WeVett get paid?
Does WeVett help find rentals?
There are a few online sites such as Zillow, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, Hotpads, etc. that can give you a good idea of the available rentals in the area. That is a good place to start. You can also search for local property management companies - they will have a list of available homes and apartments that they manage and can quickly coordinate showings and leases for you.
How long does it take to be matched with a real estate agent?
Our entire vetting process, from our first phone call with you to our recommendation typically takes 1-3 business days. That gives us time to research and coordinate all of our interviews. If you need an agent sooner, we can expedite our vetting process, just know we might not be able to interview as many candidates.
I already have a real estate agent, but it's not working out. Can WeVett help me find a different one?
Yes, but WeVett can only match you with a different real estate agent if you officially end the relationship with your current agent.
I'm not moving for several months, can I still contact WeVett?
Yes! We will help you get all your boxes checked before you need to actively start searching for a home. This includes helping you find a real estate agent who can familiarize you with the local area and neighborhoods.
